Edibles in Seattle


We grow a wide variety of edibles at our office gardens including cherries, apples, Russian kiwis, Italian plums, grapes, blueberries and figs.  We also grow lettuce, spinach, kale, broccoli, parsley, tomatoes, cilantro, potatoes, beans, peas, garlic, tomatillos, squash, raspberries, leeks and carrots.
 
 
Having multiple blueberries increases pollination and extends the picking season by choosing early, mid and late season varieties.
 
Raised beds that are no more than 4 feet wide area easily accessed from all sides.

The flowers of chives, leeks, garlic and aliums are striking and beautiful.
