Woodland garden near Seattle

This charming woodland garden is now a peaceful and natural setting.
Before, the backyard was in bad shape because of poor soil and abundant shade.

Dennis takes a break during the installation to assess the progress.

We improved the soil and created paths, beds and a dry stream bed for interest.

Before, sitting on the patio was not very pleasant.

The new garden, with plants chosen for the shady environment, is a tranquil retreat.

The path beckons you into the natural woodland garden.
The fish are already returning to the stream bed.

“Sincere and heartfelt thanks to all of you for a most amazing garden.  You have created an objet d’artthat has transformed a barren back yard into a garden filled with excitement.” – Maureen
